The Parasol Unit foundation for contemporary art was founded in December 2004 and is a registered educational charity. The gallery space is used for challenging and thought-provoking exhibitions of works in various media by contemporary artists.
The brief
The Parasol Unit in London was undergoing a full refurbishment.
Instructed by Phoenix Mechanical, Mechcool Installed 3 units on a mini vrf system.
Our solution
Mechcool were involved in the design and build to the suite, due to long pipe runs and limited condenser space determining the particular system a mini vrf was chosen
Pipework in certain areas with no false ceiling was installed on cable tray to give the industrial look.
The results
The project was completed and handed over on time.
